[item]Reins of the Rusted Proto-Drake[/item]: Aenora*, Alamexia, Cauchy, Galise, Gizmodo, Guran*, Kressara*, Norrel, Pitchifus, Ryuonatomay
*Technically, Aenora still needs Freya+3. Guran still needs Firefighter. Kressara needs Stokin' the Furnace, Iron Dwarf Medium Rare, and Crazy Cat Lady. This is why in the screenshot they may be absent or on other mounts. Edit: Grats Kress and Aenora on their drakes!
Last week, we kited fire around and destroyed Mimiron's most dangerous creation while his chambers were crumbling all around us. This week, we defeated Yogg-Saron with only Thorim assisting us. The first attempt we had way too much DPS on a Guardian of Yogg-Saron which blew up and took Norrel with him. After that I ended up touching a cloud, first time ever. It had something to do with computer lag or something but Guran testified and said I was 10 feet away from the cloud too. I dunno. I suck.
We thought the night had started out, well, not so good. Imagine our surprise when we defeated him on the second try. Rather flawlessly, we had some silliness in Phase 3 but we were victorious. Those Immortal Guardians don't like me. We actually got to Phase 3 within 2 brain phases (which is hoped for but usually not attained.) I called out over vent something like, "Um, we're going to go into Phase 3 probably. Yeah, okay, Phase 3." Pitchifus' reply was something like, "Huh, really?" Yeah, I can't believe it either. The illusion rooms didn't even go that great, we just really poured that DPS on. Yogg didn't know what hit him.
We then worked on Algalon some. We'll defeat that soon. If it is anything like Firefighter and Yogg+1, we'll probably get him on the next night of attempts!
These are just the first Rusted Proto-Drakes for Bloodforged. Congratulations. (Just in time for Icecrown.)
